Follow-up care through our Integrated Physical Therapy program simulates real-job experiences. This helps to assure that employees get back to their jobs as quickly as possible while learning risk factors and preventive measures to avoid re-injury.
Our pre-employment physical exams help identify risks for potential injury. Fitness for duty assessments evaluate an employee’s physical capacity to perform specific duties required for a particular job. WorkRight, a workplace preventive program, teaches employees about repetitive motion or traumatic injury risks linked to particular job duties, and ways to reduce these risks.
Our Return to Work Center is uniquely designed to simulate real-job experiences to help injured employees learn to avoid re-injury.
